Prior to jumping into the world of Smartsheet, James was a 17 year special operations veteran serving with the Marine Corps. James has in-depth expertise of the entire Smartsheet platform, having implemented every module and connecting to over 50 third-party systems using Bridge by Smartsheet. James is passionate about guiding organizations through digital transformation, ensuring they leverage Smartsheet to foster connection, drive innovation, and achieve strategic goals.
