Ben Canning
SVP Product Experiences
Ben joined Smartsheet in 2018. He is a customer-obsessed and energetic product leader with more than 25 years of experience leading some of the biggest projects in the industry. Prior to Smartsheet, Ben spent two decades at Microsoft launching SharePoint Online, Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams. He is the proud dad of three kids and a pug named Nora. Outside of work, Ben is a super nerd, spending his time 3D printing and making things.Ben has a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Reed College.
Miya McClain
VP, Product Management
Miya is a seasoned tech leader serving as the Vice President of Product for the Solutions and Portfolios Experiences team at Smartsheet. With a career spanning nearly two decades, she has honed her expertise in engineering and product management across renowned companies such as Microsoft, Nordstrom, Cisco, and now Smartsheet.At the helm of Smartsheet's Solutions and Portfolios Experiences team, Miya is dedicated to empowering customers worldwide to seamlessly create, collaborate, and manage solutions from any location. Her profound focus on collaboration and productivity SaaS applications and e-commerce has driven innovation and transformed digital experiences for millions.
Noah Edelstein
VP, Product Management
Noah Edelstein is vice president of product management at Smartsheet, where his focus is delivering products that customers love. Noah leads the product management team focused on enabling collaboration across the Smartsheet platform as well as teams working to ensure that all forms of content, files, and images are useful parts of all types of business workflows.Prior to joining Smartsheet, Noah has worked on a variety of large scale software products in the areas of content, collaboration, and communications. In addition to working on Office, SharePoint, and Skype at Microsoft, he drove key contributions to Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud at Adobe.Noah received a BS in Psychology from Washington State University and his MBA from the University of Washington Foster School of Business. He is a native of the Pacific Northwest, and can frequently be found hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter and traveling to great culinary destinations or music festivals.
Meredith Brown
VP, Product Management
Meredith is the Vice President of Product Management at Smartsheet, where she spearheads initiatives to establish Smartsheet as the essential solution for Enterprise Work Management. Her responsibilities encompass enterprise administration, governance and security measures, licensing and provisioning, platform scalability, automations, and data and ecosystem integrations. Before joining Smartsheet, Meredith led product and design teams for Pantheon’s WebOps platform. She also spent almost nine years at Salesforce, where she led Product for Salesforce Pardot, focusing on enterprise-grade B2B marketing automation. Currently residing in the SF Bay Area, Meredith has roots in the Boston area. Outside of work, she enjoys OrangeTheory Fitness, pickleball, and being outdoors whenever possible.
Olen Ronning
Sr. Director, Product Management
Olen has been with Smartsheet for over 5 years and currently leads product for teams managing core experiences including sheets, reports, dashboards, and forms as well as resource management. Originally from a design and product strategy consulting background, Olen is passionate about deeply understanding our customers and their needs and delivering elegant solutions and product experiences that enable them to achieve their outcomes.
Stuart DeSpain
Director, Product Management
Stuart has been a product leader for nearly three decades, driven by his passion for creating tools that empower better decision-making. He's in his element at Smartsheet, where he's the product director for dashboards, charting, reports, forms, and Dynamic View. Before joining Smartsheet in 2023, Stuart made his mark by leading the Mac Excel team for nearly twenty years, followed by a successful stint managing Adobe's Premiere Pro team for another decade. A true Seattle native, Stuart leads a double life as a documentary filmmaker, immersing himself in storytelling when he's not fully immersed in the world of data visualizations.
