SVP Product Experiences

Ben joined Smartsheet in 2018. He is a customer-obsessed and energetic product leader with more than 25 years of experience leading some of the biggest projects in the industry. Prior to Smartsheet, Ben spent two decades at Microsoft launching SharePoint Online, Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams. He is the proud dad of three kids and a pug named Nora. Outside of work, Ben is a super nerd, spending his time 3D printing and making things.Ben has a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Reed College.

Michael Hubbard

Chief Customer Officer

Michael Hubbard is the Chief Customer Officer at Smartsheet, overseeing customer experience and retention through leadership of the Customer Excellence organization, which includes the success, services, support and solutions team. Michael is passionate about customer value achievement, and enabling enterprises to transform work and productivity through technology. He chairs our Customer Advisory Board, and serves on the Technology & Services Industry Association. Prior to joining Smartsheet, Michael led global success and advisory programs at ServiceNow, VMware and Oracle. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Illinois and enjoys live music, skiing and traveling with his family.
