My first exposure to Smartsheet was as a customer implementing an opportunity and project pipeline solution for my Sales and Services divisions. From there I went on to work for Smartsheet corporate in Customer Success and Professional Services roles to advise on solutions for customers of all shapes and sizes. After many years honing my technical skills with the Smartsheet platform, I went on to tackle a large question that had not been answered yet - what is the business value behind investing in a Smartsheet solution? To do this I started the Value Engineering practice to consult with our largest customers on how optimizing key processes with Smartsheet can impact their top or bottom line.
