Advanced level We designed this workshop to guide advanced users in structuring and managing complex projects within Smartsheet Control Center. We will discuss the components essential to a multi-tier solution, share best practices, and configure a hierarchical solution structure to create projects within business contexts, such as regions or lines of business. Prerequisites: Control Center Lead Certified or 12+ months Control Center experience

Born and raised in the PNW, Alyson is a Senior Trainer at Smartsheet and has spent the last 22 years working in the SaaS industry developing meaningful content, facilitating online and in person training and building trust with learners. She can often be heard speaking in movie quotes and loves to think of humorous analogies to use during her training sessions. She is constantly learning and her best days are when she sees that a learner has made a connection to her content that will make their work life better.
