Enhanced Capacity View in Resource Management by Smartsheet is Available!

We’ve made updates to Capacity View in Resource Management by Smartsheet, a feature that allows Resource and Project Managers to see capacity levels across teams at a glance, so they can balance workloads, optimize team productivity, and better plan for the future.

New filters include Team Member Type (placeholders vs. assigned resources), Project Type (Confirmed, Internal, Tentative), custom filters, and the ability to save views. These updates enhance visibility into future demand and bring consistency across the Schedule and Capacity View. Learn More
